Blackhawks ready to re-launch

The Clyde Valley Blackhawks American Football team after a successful season last year are back in pads on Sunday .

Head coach Davie Zee said " We were really pleased last year with the squads performance but realise we need to build on this . That can be done by training harder and also by recruiting new and experienced players from other teams "

The Blackhawks go back to training this weekend ( Sunday ) from 12 till 2 (indoors possibly so bring indoor and outdoor boots ) at the Harelesss Hill sports barn on Donaldson road Larkhall ML92SS.Please be prompt and bring a friend .

Coach David Orr says " Lets start the way we mean to go on lads with good turnouts and a good effort to recruit .

Coach Macmillan would like to invite anyone young ( over 17 ) to old - experienced to total novice just bring your boots and the rest is up to us .
