BULLS GET READY FOR TITLE DEFENCE

This Sunday sees the first training session of the 2010 campaign for local American Flag Football team, the Kirkcaldy Bulls. The reigning British Champions have been on a break since October and will be looking to get back in to shape for the start of the season in April.

The session will see the majority of players from the successful 2009 squad returning, with hopefully a few new faces being introduced after good work from the coaching staff during the off-season.

The first session will be an indoor session and will also be open to anyone wanting to come along and try the sport to see what they think. A previous sporting background and a good level of fitness is required, but most of all a willingness to learn and an eagerness to succeed. The coaching staff will be on hand to provide 1-2-1 coaching and to answer any questions anyone may have on the day. No specific kit other than indoor footwear and sports clothing is required as the Bulls will supply the Flag Football equipment on the day.
