DOUBLE CELEBRATION
FOR CLYDE VALLEY

Clyde Valley Hawks were elated to be awarded £4794 by Awards for All from the National Lottery.

The youth American Football club will use the grant to purchase helmets and pads for new players.

The Hawks are through to the semi final playoffs this season and will take on Bristol Aztecs at Wigan Rugby Club on 20th August for a place in the final.

Although this season is almost over Clyde Valley are now recruiting for next season.

Cadet Flag Football

Grant Winter of Clyde Valley Predators cadet flag team has been selected to play for the GB cadet flag squad in the European Championships.

11 year old Grant was chosen from a large try out at a recent camp in Darlington. He will travel to Gateshead for the 4 day European Championships on 14th September.

This is a great honour for both the player and the club. Grant has played with the Predators for 2 years and his commitment to training and the team has been rewarded by his GB selection.

All coaches, players and staff at Clyde Valley congratulate Grant and wish him well in the championships.
