HOT IRON - THE NOVEL

We have certainly come a long way since Hot Iron was first set up all those years ago and next year marks a special moment in the website's history.

2012 will be the 15th anniversary of Hot Iron/Scottish American Football Webzine. 

When it was first set up in 1997, it attracted around 250 visitors a month, today we currently attract between 8-9000 a month and in 2007, we were named in the UK Good Web Guide.

The plan is for the book to go on sale around April next year, it will be firstly be as a e book, available on Kinder and Ipad.   We will be looking at a print edition as well, but we cant confirm anything till we iron out the publisher details.

The book will not just be a celebration of Hot Iron, but of American Football in Scotland.  We are already working on ideas on what should go in from years of archive material as well as develop new feature ideas.
