LINEMAN CORNER

During our coverage of games for this web site and in the print media, we have occasionally mentioned the acheivement of Linemen during an American Football game.

It is a well known fact that without the trench warriors, runningback could not get the record breaking yards, the quarterback would not be the star general and the receivers could not make the game winning catches.

On the other side of the ball, defense lineman could turn the course of a game, for they they are the first line of attack. They know if they can get to the team's quarterback, their offensivel general in time then that could not only determine the game, but also a championship.

So without being dicriminatory to the oversized players, we have reserved this section for you only, where you can shout from the roof tops how good your line is, what makes it so special, has the quarterback showed his appreciation for protecting his frame during the season by taking you out for a meal or has it been a bag of chips between five of you.
