It has been four years, since the Trotters walked into the sunset after striking it rich, but for fans across the country, it seems like they have never been away.
In a recent survey of Britain's funniest sitcom moments, it was Del Boy and the gang that soared above the rest. And thanks to the welcome repeats, record selling video releases, computer games and best selling books, the shows, popularity show's now sign of waning.
Even though speculation still remains as to whether their will be any new Trotter adventures, fans can still get their regular fix, with a new video compilation of the 1990/1991 series from BBC World Wide.
The Complete Only Fools and Horses - Series Seven has all six classic episodes from the final full length series before what went on to become a festive tradition of annual specials.
This limited leopard tin print edition. features all of the favorite characters, sees Del Boy (David Jason) causing his usual brand of hilarious chaos, aided by the unwilling Rodney (Nicholas Lyndhurst) and the old sea dog Uncle Albert (played superbly by the late Buster Merryfield).
The show also sees the Raquel(Tessa Peake Jones) become a regular part of the Trotter household and by the end of the series gives birth to the heir of the Trotter estate, Damian, or "The Prince of Darkness," as Rodney affectionately describes him.
With these latest adventures Del Boy creates his usual brand of hilarious antics, which sees him bring Heathrow Airport to a stand still, he tries to shift a thousand national anthem doorbells, enters the world of showbiz as an agent and puts one over on his old adversary Slater, who suddenly turns up on the scene out of the blue and threatens his new found happiness with Raquel.
And after trying to avenge Albert's reported "mugging " on his way home from the over 60's club, the series ends in a hilarious and heart rendering conclusion when Del finally becomes a father.
The Complete Only Fools and Horses- Series Seven will be released on October 2nd - Priced £19.99 a must for all good comedy lovers everywhere.
