TIGERS SAVAGE HAWKS PT 2

The game was effectively all over bar the shouting when kicker Russell was in his traditional receiver guise, pulling in an 11 yard touchdown catch.

Even though the game was now in the bag, their was no let up in the Tigers work rate as the “Sparky” Express was back on track in the fourth quarter, with Dick burning the turf with his longest touchdown run of the day, which was followed by another successful conversion attempt from Russell.

The rout continued when the Tigers Kicker pulled on his receiver gloves again to connect with quarterback Kennedy for a 21 yard touchdown catch, which he followed up with another successful conversion attempt.

The Hawks misery was complete when Dick ran in his final score of the day from a few yards out, with Russell once again nailing the extra point conversion.

Having secured the BYAFA Plate Final in previous years, the rampant Tigers will head south for a return trip to Dewsbury in two weeks time, where they will be looking to be the second Scottish Club to take the Youth title
